Symptoms
After upgrade to RDBMS version 12.1.0.2, while trying to post any size journal from any application module, the following error is seen in the log:

PERF0005: Oracle error detected in glpubr() - ORA-01652: unable to extend temp segment by 128 in tablespace <TABLESPACE NAME>
Log does Not indicate a performance issue -
Review of the TEMP table size and free space does not indicate an issue.
Changes
Issue is occurring after migration of the application to a new Linux platform from HPUX.
