Symptoms

When attempting to access the Individual Compensation Distribution (ICD) function from the Employee Self-Service responsibility, the following error occurs:

ERROR

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.SQLStmtException: JBO-27122: SQL error during statement preparation.

java.sql.SQLException: Missing IN or OUT parameter at index:: 4


STEPS to Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Employee Self-Service responsibility.
2. Navigate to the Individual Compensation Distribution function.
Error message occurs.
