Problem Statement:

"Japan, Dependent Exemption Form for Salary Earner - Report" fails with the following error.

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Run "Japan, Dependent Exemption Form for Salary Earner - Archive".
  2.  Change status to open, finalize and approve in SSHR.
  3.  Run "Japan, Dependent Exemption Form for Salary Earner - Report".
  4.  Error occurs.
