Affordable Care Act Authoritative 1094C is Reporting Blank for Section 4980H Transition Relief Indicator in Part III (Doc ID 2151608.1)

Goal

Q1: View Authoritative 1094C is showing Section 4980H Transition Relief check-marked in the Certifications of Eligibility section in Part II, per our Org GRE/Legal Entity setup.
But the Part III information is all blank for Section 4980H Transition Relief Indicator. Is that correct? We were expecting something to be reported here and cannot submit to the IRS until we can get this verified.

Q2: Should the Section 4980H Transition Relief Indicator show code "B" (100+ FTEs), or is this blank because it thinks we offered MEC to "all" employees?
I do not believe that we had any "2I" codes returned in Box 16 of any of the 1095C forms.

Q3: The Minimum Essential Coverage Offer Indicator is also showing "N" for All 12 Months. I believe this should be Y for all 12 months.
