Supplier Name Change Not Reflect to WF_LOCAL_ROLES (Doc ID 2151857.1)

Goal

When supplier name is changed in Supplier setup page, the change is not reflected to WF_LOCAL_ROLES.
Therefore old supplier name remains displayed in PO Approval notification to this supplier.
Supplier name change should be reflected to WF_LOCAL_ROLES in real time or by Synchronize WF Local Tables concurrent program.
