On the Project Setup framework page, when attempting to edit the Long Name or Description of an existing project by adding Latin characters in the fields already populated with Cyrillic characters , the following error occurs when trying to Save the change:

There is a workaround where the users can use the standard Projects responsibility and edit the fields using the application forms, which allows saving the change.

Reproduction steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. With Projects, SU responsibility go to Projects: Delivery: Search and search for the Project number
2. When the project is retrieved, click on Project Number link which will open the Projects page.
3. Edit the Long Name or Description field, by adding string TEST at the end or in front of the existing Cyrillic characters and Save the change.
