Symptoms

When Allowance has less than 1 dollar, the assignment is reported and included in Payment Summary Data File.

Payment Summary Data File prints incorrect numbers for followings

PAYG Payment Summaries Issued
Total Number of Current Employees

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Run "Payroll Run" for the assignment that has allowance less than 1 dollar.
  2.  Run "Payment Summary Archive".
  3.  Run "Produce Self Printed Payment Summary XML-PDF (Australia)".
  4.  Run "Produce Self Printed Payment Summary XML-PDF (Australia)".
  5.  The report includes the assignment with allowance less than 1 dollar.
