When attempting to remove the end date of the resource, the following error occurs.

APP-JTF-106585: User ID is Not Valid.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate > CRM Administrator responsibility > Resource Manager > Maintain resource > resources-> query person
2. Remove End date at the top right of the screen and save
3. Error appears
