Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The glog.integration.TransmissionReport property is not displaying in the properties servlet.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected to see the property in the servlet.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Login to OTM
2. Navigate to either the WebPropertiesServlet or the PropertiesServlet
3. Enter glog.integration.TransmissionReport and select to refresh the screen
4. No property will be displayed
