Please give the steps for how one can map the below scenario through Oracle Advance Pricing.

Business Scenario:- Buy 10 AC in 3 month(1-Jan-16 To 31-Mar-16) and get 10% discount
  For Example:- If we book Order number 1 for three Quantity
  Order number 2 for four Quantity
  Order number 3 for three Quantity
So at 3 Order number customer qualify for 10% discount as he reach at 10 Quantity. So system should calculate the discount at 3 Order number.
