Mass Update Does Not Allow UOM To Be Changed

Symptoms
When trying to edit the UOM field via Mass update the field is greyed out
It is expected when changing a certain field which contains UOM editable, to be able to edit the UOM entry as well
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Make field Declared Value editable in the order release line screen set
2. Using the new screen set double click on the declared value and try to edit the UOM.
3. It is greyed out.
