Symptoms
Per <Note: 2113110.1> Applying April-2016 CPU patches. And as part of it applying <Patch: 19434967> on 10.1.2 oracle_home gives the following message:
Patch(es) 21539521, conflict with the patch currently being installed (19434967).
If you continue, patch(es) 21539521, will be rolled back and the new patch (19434967) will be installed.
Note: If the patch currently being installed (19434967) is rolled back,
it is recommended that the fixes being rolled back here (21539521, ) are reinstalled.
If a merge of the new patch (19434967) and the conflicting patch(es) 21539521, is required, contact Oracle Support Services and request a Merged patch.
If you continue, patch(es) 21539521, will be rolled back and the new patch (19434967) will be installed.
