Information in this document applies to any platform.
When auto ship confirming, deliveries are closing BUT Interface Trip Stop is not getting launched.
The ship confirm rule being used tries to ship confirm on a date that does not match the receiving calendar.
This causes the ship confirm to fail and a receiving calendar exception message is received .
Customer runs the Pick Release SRS, which has a 'Release Rule' that contains a 'Ship Confirm Rule'.
Expect that when performing auto ship confirm using a pick release rule that Interface Trip Stop would automatically launch.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Order Management Super User Responsibility
2) Shipping > Release Sales Orders
3) Run the Pick Release SRS with a 'Release Rule' that contains a 'Ship Confirm Rule'.
4) When this 'Ship Confirm Rule' tries to ship confirm on a date that does not match the receiving calendar, ship confirm fails.
