Ship Confirming Delivery as Part of Pick Release Process Fails to Launch Interface Trip Stop

On : 12.2.2 version, Ship Confirm
When auto ship confirming, deliveries are closing BUT Interface Trip Stop is not getting launched.
The ship confirm rule being used tries to ship confirm on a date that does not match the receiving calendar.
This causes the ship confirm to fail and a receiving calendar exception message is received .
Customer runs the Pick Release SRS, which has a 'Release Rule' that contains a 'Ship Confirm Rule'.
That when performing auto ship confirm using a release rule , that Interface Trip Stop would automatically launch
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Run the Pick Release SRS, which has a 'Release Rule' that contains a 'Ship Confirm Rule'.
When this 'Ship Confirm Rule' tries to ship confirm on a date that does not match the receiving calendar, the ship confirm fails, along with Interface Trip Stop
