Problem Statement:

Value in "Selected Payment Summary" field in "Self Printed Payment Summary" page is not cleared after selecting different year.

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Open "Self Printed Payment Summary" page.
  2.  Select year and select selected payment summary.
  3.  Select different year.
  4.  Value in Selected Payment Summary is not cleared.
