On :  12.2.3 version, Pricing, Discounting & Charges

Repricing the line 4 on a sales order, resulted in the error.

Sales Order Form shows: "No UOM Conversion is available for UOM's. Invalid conversion rate from ST to CC."

Failed to resolve incompatibility between price lists (IM6796) Duplicate price list lines: Mil Price List for Parts and Mil Price List for Parts

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User (or equivalent)
2. Navigate to: Orders, Returns > Sales Orders
3. Query the order
4. Place cursor on line 4.1
5. Do Actions > Price Line

They use a primary price list which has secondary price lists attached.
For these items, the price will come from the secondary price lists.
setup with all items that has a formula (pulls cost plus a markup)

On the secondary price lists, they have setup multiple price list lines for "all items" with primary UOM checked.
Each of these price list lines use a different UOM.
Each UOM is associated to its own UOM class.

We did some tests to help isolate the issue.
We find that if only one price list line is active (rest have end date in past)
then if the item on the sales order line uses the same UOM in a class that
is same as UOM on the price list line - no error occurs.
However if you test with an item with a UOM in a UOM class that is different than UOM class associated
to the UOM on the price list line, then a different error is shown:
"No UOM Conversion is available for UOM's. Invalid conversion rate from ST to CC."
