Symptoms

When attempting to execute the autocreate final assembly request for an ATO item, the following error occurs.

ERROR
WICDOL: AutoCreate Final Assembly Orders
.............
No error message found in the stack
..................
Order Line Number: -1
Return status from CTO_WIP_WRAPPER.get_order_lines:1
Group_Id from CTO_WIP_WRAPPER.get_order_lines: -1
L_orders_loaded=> 0

Also, the FND Log contains:

fnd.plsql.fnd_file.PUT_LINE 3 sid:5204285: get_order_lines: It is a BUY configuration Need not process this...   <<< This is the key

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility = Work In Process (WIP)
2. Navigation = Discrete-> Autocreate Final assembly
3. Error
