Symptoms
On : 12.2.4 version, Award/PO
When attempting to check funds within a Distribution on a Contract Lifecycle Management award,
the following error occurs
ERROR
PO_MSG_NULL_MESSAGE
The action completes with exceptions and returns the message in the subject.
However, on navigating out of the distribution and execute check funds at the Header level,
the action completes successfully and returns no exceptions.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new Award
Ensure to create the award with a distribution associated to at least one line
2. Open up the distribution
Within the distribution, select check funds from the drop down
Check Funds will complete with exceptions
3. Select the view results button
The result returned will be PO_MSG_NULL_MESSAGE.
