Symptoms

Unable to receive email when a report is scheduled. Issue both with seeded and custom reports
In Completed report Jobs, the completed report record is shown

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
01. Navigate to Business Process Automation>>Reports Manager >>Choose Cost Savings Report
02. Enter email id and domain and schedule
03. Get message that the report has been successfully scheduled
04. Do not get any email
