Reporting Sequence Is Not Generated Correctly When Closing Multiple Periods Simultaneously (Doc ID 2157707.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When attempting to manually enter a journal for January period, observe that the new entered/posted journal is numbered with a value that seems to continue from the previous year numbering range.
The Sequencing Context is defined with Sequence Event : 'GL Period Close' for 'GL Journal Entry'.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
The expectation is that the sequence to be restarted each year with sequence number 1 from the 1st of January.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to the General Ledger responsibility
2. Navigate to Journals > Enter > Enter and Post a new Journal Entry in the first period of the year
3. Check the Reporting Sequencing Number
