Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Pricing, Discounting & Charges
When attempting to enter an order line,
the following error occurs.

Error(s) occurred in Oracle Pricing:
Routine: QP_PREQ_GRP.Mini_Cache_Qualifiers ORA-01555:
Snapshot too old. Rollback segment number 38 with name
"$TEMPUNDOSEG" too small
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User (or equivalent)
2. Navigate to: Orders, Returns > Sales Orders
3. Enter order line
Error message is shown.
NOTES
-----------------------
Upgraded the database from 11.2.0.3 to 12.1.0.2
Running the below 2 seeded concurrent requests does resolve the issue sometimes and Sales Order line is priced.
However, the same message shows up on the next sales order we enter
a. "Build Attribute Mapping Rules"
b. "QP: Maintains the denormalized data in QP Qualifiers"
