E-Business Suite 12.1.3 Concurrent Processing, Conflict Resolution Manager (CRM) issues


Set a concurrent request program as incompatible with itself, so it will only run as a serial request (one at a time).

After one finishes running, the next request will be pending for a long time (usually longer than 20 seconds) before the request progresses to a status of running.

How to control this pending time less than 5 seconds?
