On : 12.1.3 version, Awards
When trying to send a file in online discussion for 4 or more suppliers, the system gives the following error:
ERROR

Oracle.jbo.TooManyObjectsException: JBO-25013: Too many objects match the primary key oracle.jbo.Key[29 null].
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sourcing Responsibility
2. Edit an existing approved RFQ > Online Discussions> Create New Message
3.1. Enter Title and Description, . Select All Suppliers and Click Send button -- Works well without error
3.2 Select 1,2, or 3 Suppliers and Click Send button -- Works well without error
3.3 Select 4 or more Suppliers and Click Send button -- Error reproduces
Due to this issue, users cannot send a file to multiple suppliers.
