On : 12.1.3 version, Application Extensions -- Identifying proper Compiler for Pro*C programs.

When using EBS 11.5.10.2, oci.h under the location of $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/demo could be used to compiler custom Pro*C program.

In EBS 12.1.3, oci.h could not be found in $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/demo, only in $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/public. However if using $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/public/oci.h to compile custom Pro*C program, it got warning.
