Symptoms
When user-defined 3D patterns are in use, ConOpt correctly identifies the defined patterns and uses them to pack Ship Units, however, the remaining Ship Units which do not constitute a full paterns and which are therefore packed as individual SUs are not packed correctly. They result in an additional shipment.
