Collections Form > Notes Tab > Type field List Of Values Opens After 3 Attempts With Error FRM-41800 (Doc ID 2163500.1)

On : 12.2.5 version, Collections Agent UI

When attempting to go to the Collections Agent > Notes tab and change the default value for Type of Callback,
the following error occurs.

FRM-41800: List of Values not available for this field.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Search for a customer from the Collections form

2. In the Notes tab, go to the Type field and try to change the default value "Callback".

3. Click on the LOV, the list of values fails to open as listed below:

First click gives the error FRM-41800 in the status bar.
Second click give the FRM-41800 message window that pops up.
On the third click, the LOV opens.

Due to this issue, users cannot change the default note type field without getting an error.
