Editing Interim Flight on Air Schedule is Blank When Using Non-English Characters in ID (Doc ID 2164072.1)

All fields are empty when the Interim Flight is edited for an Air Schedule that was created using Russian symbols for Flight ID.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to "Operational Planning - Schedule Management - Air"
2. Hit "New" button and enter Flight ID with non-english characters, for the rest of the mandatory filed choose random values.
3. Hit "New Interim Flight" and fill up mandatory fields.
4. Save and Finish,
5. Try to edit the Interim Flight
