"Transfer to GL" process incomplete. Assignments not processed (Doc ID 2164561.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

"Transfer to GL" process does not process "Costing of Payment" results

When running the "Transfer to GL" concurrent process to transfer the results of "Costing of Payment" process, the Transfer to GL process status is "incomplete" and the individual status of each assignment under it is "Unprocessed".

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Transfer to GL should be complete and to process assignments

Steps to reproduce
1. Use XXX HMRS Manager Responsibility
2.Run Payroll Run
3.Run Pre-payments
4.Run Magnetic transfer. The status of Payments is paid
4. Costing of Payment
5. Transfer to Ledger = > It shows as incomplete. Assignments are not processed.
