Oracle Form Objects Generation Error While Applying Patch # 22975519 (Doc ID 2165137.1)

Symptoms

Using Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 (12.1.3) configured Oracle Database 11g Release 2 (11.2.0.3.0). While applying Patch # 22975519, we are getting below error:

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

  pa forms/US PAXCARVW.fmx

An error occurred while generating Oracle Forms files.
Continue as if it were successful [No] : No

You should check the file
/reda/SITREP/apps/apps_st/appl/admin/SITREP/log/adpatch.log
for errors.
