APP-PAY-07259 When Running QuickPay Prepayments (Doc ID 2165668.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When attempting to run QuickPay Pre-payment, following error occurs.

APP-PAY_07256: Pre-payment invalid because of batch process.

You cannot create a QuickPay Pre-payment if the QuickPay run has been or will be processed by the batch Pre-payments process.

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Run QuickPay Pre-payment.
  2.  The error occurs.
