Cannot Change The Project And Task To Null And Task To Null Using The Work In Process (WIP) Mass Load (Doc ID 2165812.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to update Work Order Header Project ID and Task Id to null using the WIP Mass Load, the following error occurs.

ERROR
Error: Invalid value for Project.

  Possible Causes:

  1. No such project currently exists.
  2. Project References are not enabled in your organization.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Update the WIP_JOB_SCHEDULE_INTERFACE table PROJECT_ID and TASK_ID columns with FND_API.G_NULL_NUM
2. Launch Mass Load for row
3. Update the WIP_JOB_SCHEDULE_INTERFACE table PROJECT_ID and TASK_ID columns with FND_API.G_NULL_CHAR
4. Launch Mass Load for row
