Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Customers Module

Unable to end-date a Customer Party relationship due to maximum open cursors exceeded error

ORA-01000: maximum open cursors exceeded

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Customer > Customers

  1. Query the Customer
  2. Navigate to Party relationships Tab
  3. End date the Party relationship and Save
