Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When attempting to open the output file of the concurrent request "Japan, Insurance Premium Exemption and Spouse Special Exemption Form for Salary Earner", the following error occurs.

"File does not begin with ‘%PDF-'. Local/EWH-XXXX-X"

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Run "Japan, Insurance Premium Exemption and Spouse Special Exemption Form for Salary Earner - Archive".
  2.  Run "Japan, Insurance Premium Exemption and Spouse Special Exemption Form for Salary Earner".
  3.  Click "View Output" of the parent request "Japan, Insurance Premium Exemption and Spouse Special Exemption Form for Salary Earner".
  4.  Error "File does not begin with '%PDF-'. Local\EWH-XXXX-X" occurs.
