Clicking "Save" After Entering a Port on Custom Shipment, Displays All Ports (Doc ID 2167730.1)

Symptoms

When an user fill the PORT_ID in port section for a custom shipments, OTM allow users to enter/save invalid data.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

1. If user entered invalid PORT then OTM should display standard error like below,

Error Found Handling The Request.
The value ASDF entered for field Plan From Location ID does not match a valid record.

2. If user entered valid port then there should be no error.
