Symptoms

Problem Statement:

Payroll Reconciliation Summary XML and child processes are running slow when it is run for a "Legal Employer".

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Run Payroll Reconciliation Summary XML.
     e.g.
     Legal Employer: <LE>
     Start Date: 01-JUL-2015
     End Date: 30-JUN-2016
  2.  Observed a performance issue.
