Symptoms

On : 11.5.10.2 version, Terminations
Production instance

Unable to terminate an employee as system hanged and session got locked

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Go to hrms responsibility
    2. Query the record 2779
    3. Click on Others
    4. Go to End Employment
    5. Enter Reason and termination date
    6. The system hangs and fails to update since the session is locked
