Cancelled Payroll Action is not in List of Values (LOV) for Rollback (Doc ID 216932.1)

Symptoms

A payroll action (Payroll Run, Pre-payments, etc.) was cancelled before completion.  In order to re-run the process you will need to rollback first.

When attempting to run the Rollback concurrent request, the process is not in the list of values (LOV) for available processes to roll back.
