E-Business Suite 12.2 Web Applications Desktop Integrator, Setup, Install, and General Template issues

To successfully run WebADI After Enabling SSL, Access Manager, or other functionality.

Users are reporting they are unable to open WebADI integrators in some instances.

When opening an integrator it fail with the following error:

"Server Error:

Access Manager could not complete your request due to an unexpected error"
