Symptoms

Employee Name List of Values (LOV) in Self Service Batch Element Entry (BEE) "Batch By Assignment" page returns multiple rows for rehired employee. The issue occurs when creating new batch or updating existing batch.

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Open the "Batch By Assignment" page.
     Manager Self Service
     (N) Element Entries > Create Batch (Navigation path/name may differ depending on the function attached to the menu)
  2.  Enter Batch Name and Effective Date, select "Batch by Assignment" and click "Next".
  3.  Open the Employee Name LOV and search for the rehired employee.
  4.  Multiple records for the same employee are returned.
