Create Accounting - Asset Ran in Draft Does Not Show Same Error Counts as Run in Final (Doc ID 2171755.1)

Goal

When running Create Accounting - Asset and reviewing resulting output:  Subledger Accounting Program Report, find:

     1st run is in DRAFT mode using Errors Only = Yes and results with output showing some event in error.

     2nd run is ran in FINAL, using same parameters as Draft run but Selecting Errors Only = No.  This is ran immediately after or simultaneously and results with output showing different error counts

Why does the FINAL run show new errors that did not display on the DRAFT run?
