Symptoms

When creating CRT Configuration ID in CRT Configuration Details TAB in Rate Attributes section Special Service Cost is displayed multiple times.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Rate Offering ID template and ensure no Accessorial Cost and Special Service are defined.
2. Create Rate Record ID for the Rate Offering ID template and ensure to provide Accessorial Cost and Special Service in Rate Record.
3. Ensure not to use PUBLIC Accessorial Cost and Special Service value in Rate Record.
4. Create CRT Configuration ID by selecting the Rate Record Template.
In CRT Configuration Details TAB in Rate Attributes section, Accessorial Cost is displayed properly. But Special Service Cost is displayed multiple times.
