Symptoms

When trying to send out a email Bursting to internal and external users, it is not sending out any email.

The XML Publisher Report Bursting Program shows the following errors:
failed to deliver requestoracle.apps.xdo.delivery.smtp.SMTPDeliveryRequest@120b78:Message has not been sent for following addresses by some reason: someone@daplace.com

[062916_000257450][][EXCEPTION] Error!! Could not deliver the output for Delivery channel:null
