Is It Possible to Restore Next/Previous Page Options in R12.2 ? (Doc ID 2173016.1)

Goal

Before upgrade to 12.2.5, there were 25 records displayed initially with Next/Previous links available.
But after upgrade to 12.2.5, there are 75 records displayed initially instead of Next/Previous links and next 25 records displayed when scrolling down.

When there are many categories, it takes a long time to find the exact categories.
Is it possible to restore Next/Previous Page Options in R12.2.5 ?
