The Calculation for the NUM_EVENTS_ON_TIME in the Interface INCR_F_SHIPMENT_EVENT Is Incorrect
(Doc ID 2173138.1)
Last updated on JULY 20, 2024
Applies to:
Oracle Fusion Transportation Intelligence - Version 6.3.5 to 6.4.3 [Release 6.3 to 6.4]Information in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
The ETL interface for INCR_F_SHIMENT_EVENT is incorrectly calculating the NUM_EVENTS_ON_TIME. It appears to be calculating the delta between the IE_SHIPMENTSTATUS.INSERT_DATE and the IE_SHIPMENTSTATUS.EVENT_DATE in DAYS and comparing to the planning parameter in HOURS. This is resulting in an overstatement of the on-time event count.
For example, you consider anything after 2 hours to be late. However, as long as the event was submitted within 2 days it is considered on-time.
