Unable To Cancel Internal Sales Order Header Due To No Existing Lines (Doc ID 2173200.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior

When attempting to cancel an Internal Sales Order with no existing lines, from the Sales Order form, the following error occurs.                                                                                                     

Unable to save the changes as the corresponding Internal Requisition cannot be updated.

Expected Behavior

Able to Cancel the Internal Sales Order.

Business Impact

The issue has the following business impact:

Due to this issue, users cannot cancel the order

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Via the Order Management Responsibility.
  2. Navigate: Order Organizer
  3. Query up the Sales Order
  4. Do Actions > Cancel
