When attempting to cancel an Internal Sales Order with no existing lines, from the Sales Order form, the following error occurs.
Unable to save the changes as the corresponding Internal Requisition cannot be updated.
Able to Cancel the Internal Sales Order.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot cancel the order
Steps to Reproduce the Issue
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Via the Order Management Responsibility.
- Navigate: Order Organizer
- Query up the Sales Order
- Do Actions > Cancel
