Symptoms

When attempting to do a Rate Inquiry,the following error occurs.

ERROR

"An Undefined Error has occurred, Please try again Later"

Stack Trace has the below error:

[000025] javax.servlet.ServletException: weblogic.servlet.jsp.CompilationException: Failed to compile JSP /WEB-INF/ml/jsp/actions/riq/RATE_INQUIRY/RIQInput.jspx

RIQInput.jspx:14:3: The code of method _jspService(HttpServletRequest, HttpServletResponse) is exceeding the 65535 bytes limit


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Contract and Rate Management>>Rate Inquiry
2. Above Error is thrown
