In Bill of Materials, when attempting to implement changes using Mass Change, the changes are not getting implemented.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The program on successful completion should update the Bills as per the Mass Change submitted.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Bills of Materials --> Mass Change Bills

Enter the Assembly details on the Mass Change Header form.

2. On the Components tab, choose Update

Enter the values to be updated on the record with Action type - 'New'
