Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After adding Operating Unit as a Search Criteria to the Search Query in Requisitions / Orders Tab in Buyer work Center, the Operating Unit LOV is not populating any data.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Operating unit LOV should list the OU details.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In BWC, Requistions / Orders page, add Operating Unit as a Search Criteria to the Search Query
2. In Operating Unit LOV, Search for OUs.
3. No records returned.
