Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On : version 12 and later, Customer form Issues with the Payment terms and Credit Limits when accessed using any Receivables responsibility.

Payment Profile:When accessed using the following navigation on any custom or seeded access:
Customer-> search customers Enter an account number, search for account, click on account name, then Account profile link:
The first time one navigates to this form, it does not show the payment terms. if you cancel out of this form and come right back, it shows the payment terms.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot update /create profiles

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The value for Payment Terms field should not disappear .
The value for Credit Limits field should allow updates.
