Symptoms

Network planning is not considering Commodity Restrictions while selecting Network Legs

The customer has a requirement to route Orders through a Network having one or more Cross Docks. The source for these Orders are the same but based on order attributes they want some orders to plan through the Network if it is more efficient to do so while some orders carrying specific Commodities like expensive electronics should not go through the Cross Dock. In order to meet the above requirement, the customer designed the Network and constrained its Leg to indicate that it is not compatible to move a particular set of Commodities.

Even though the Commodity is configured as not compatible for the leg. OTM is planing the order carrying the incompatible Commodity on this Leg within the Network.
