Why Does Changing Planned Product Quantity in Batch Not Update Requisition or Purchase Order Quantity?

Goal
R12.2.4 OPM OSP : Planned Qty change for batch product is not updating PR / PO qty
We are using the R12.2.4 OPM OSP functionality.
When i update the OPM Batch planned qty for the product, it is not updating the PO qty.
i updated planned quantities of all products, ingredients, it is not updating the PO qty.
i had run 'Requisition import' after the changes, but no change is seen on the PO.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expected that updating the OPM Batch planned qty for the product would update the PO
